"Firstly I wanted to thank Mike the owner for a very smooth and easy booking and communication process, he gave us all the information up front and ensured we knew everything before we arrived, which made for a very smooth check in process.

And his house is amazing, we had 6 people and a 4 month old and there was plenty of room for all of us. We felt instantly at home as the house as an amazing feel to it. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and the lounge was very comfortable. All the bedrooms had slightly different themes, all with very comfortable beds (slept amazingly from the first night) and plenty of room. One of them also included hidden bathroom (hint for the next guest is to look in the wardrobe).....we cannot fault this place or the owner. It's was a great place to spend our new forest holdiday and we are already planning our return.

"The cottage has been beautifully furnished and it is a picture-postcard to appreciate from the outside. We liked the quiet location, and the beds are super comfortable, so we did come back refreshed from a decent sleep and some active days on the beaches. The local pub (The Plough) was excellent and we enjoyed Milford on Sea and Avon Beach. The house had everything we needed including a cafetiere and all the usual utensils, but we didn't manage to use all the tvs (there seemed to be one in every room!).

We loved staying here, and we hope to come back."
